Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting our support team. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be accepted if the product has already been shipped. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment after approval. For wellness sessions, cancellations must be made 48 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
